The Academy is a global tour of slope style ski events for athletes 16 years old and younger. Participants ski in groups with a Salomon pro coach, learning new tricks and meeting other skiers. There is a 10 to 12 person final jam session where tons of great prizes are given out including the Grand Prize trip to Mammoth Mountain, CA for the JIB Academy Final. Finalists will enjoy a week of skiing, filming, and chill- ing out with the Salomon International Team. JIB Academies are rider judged and all levels of freestylers are encouraged to participate. There is no entry fee, and athletes must provide a lift ticket and helmet. According to Pat Morgan of Holiday Valley “Ian Punnett of East Aurora was chosen as the season four overall Holiday Valley winner. Globally, B&Bs have been around for a long time and can still be found in farm houses, castles, manor houses, thatched cottages, lighthouses and monasteries.
