THE “KITCHEN” IS OPEN

Personal Chef Brigid Marie Pommerenck has opened her “Kitchen” to take you out of yours.

The seed was planted over 15 years ago when Brigid’s Husband Eric suggested that she become an in home- caterer. At that time Chef Brigid felt that Ellicottville wouldn’t be able to support such an innovative business but the image of a large, shiny stainless steel kitchen with copper pots and all the trimmings kept gnawing at her. Bridgid has the food preparation skills for she has been cooking in Western New York’s premium private clubs since graduating with a degree in culinary food service from Alfred State in 1982. The well-seasoned chef has a flair for creativity that goes beyond her love of preparing food; presentation extraordinaire is her specialty.

With the hopes of opening her business Brigid started researching and collecting menus, and kitchen items pertinent to the catering business. Now that dream has come to fruition.

An Open House/ Grand Opening is slated for November 29th 2008, 11am-4 pm

Enter her pristine “Kitchen” and you will find a profusion of new and antique kitchen and catering equipment, carefully hand picked to serve her needs. Welcome Chef Brigid Marie into your kitchen with confidence, she will wow you with special Hors D’oeuvres and succulent Entrees. Be it a party of two or fifty- plus Brigid caters to groups large and small! Her menu of suggested foods can be customized and designed to suit personal preferences and unique cooking styles.
If you don’t find exactly what you want, Brigid can certainly customize any menu to meet your needs.
