Village of Ellicottville Planning Board Meeting

The Planning Board held their regular monthly meeting on February 10, 2009 at the Town Hall commencing at 5:30 PM.

Attending: Board Chairman Nancy Rogan

Board Members: Sheila Burrell, Sandy Reed, Mike Painter, Jack Kramer
Also: Bob Miller Nussbaumer & Clark, Tom Abriatis, Mary Klahn.
Public Hearing

PB-2008-23 - Special Use Permit 38 Washington Street, Sprague Development LLC.
Special Use Permit – Subway Restaurant Franchise owner D. Garlock reviewed signage on entry and frontal sign expressing willingness to comply with any Village bi-laws. Subway Restaurant will occupy 1,200 square feet with operating hours from 7: am to midnight.

Motion to close Public Hearing – Special Use Permit approved.

PB-2008-24 – Special Use Permit, 38 Washington Street, Sprague Development LLC.
Special Use Permit – Coffee Culture Café Restaurant.

Architect D. Sutton representing Coffee Culture reviewed exterior plans and modifications including an 8x10 patio cover to include radiant heat for year round usage, additional 4-5 tables outside of patio area with possible fire pit, signage and lighting. Operating hours will be from 6:30 am to 1: am.

Motion to close Public Hearing – Special Use Permit approved.
