Congratulations to Patricia Naber, winner of the framed, original oil painting which was recently raffled at the Ellicottville Memorial Library. Patricia is pictured with artist Todd Plough and his painting entitled “Black Bear Ease”. A special “Thank You” to Todd for donating this beautiful piece of art and of course thanks to all of the wonderful people who purchased tickets to help support the Library.

The Early Childhood Development class at the Ellicottville Career and Technical Center BOCES celebrated Halloween with it’s day care students. The little ones couldn’t have been cuter as they paraded through classrooms and main office.

Animal Science seniors from the Ellicottville Career and Technical Center BOCES had a behind the scenes tour of exotic animal care at the Erie Zoo. They learned about the specific care, feeding habits and potential hazards of the giraffe and rhinoceros. Seeing these amazing creatures up close is an experience they’ll never forget.
